12 Weeks and Counting!

Full implementation of e-GIF becomes mandatory for all local authorities on 1st April 2006 - that’s less than 12 weeks’ time! Implementation of e-GIF requires the use of e-GMS, with a mandatory subject tag on every single one of a council’s web pages.

But this is not just an issue of compliance. It’s also about ease of use for website visitors, greater efficiency and control for council staff, and more importantly, it’s the fundamental enabler underpinning joined up working in UK local government.
